CBW Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Joiner to join a well-established, family-run business based in Belvedere. The company specialises in the design, manufacture, installation, and maintenance of fire doors. This role is workshop-based and focuses specifically on fire door frames. My client is also willing to look at a less experienced engineer for a lesser salary, given you have an NVQ Level 1 and/or 2 in Carpentry & Joinery, provided you have a good attitude and a strong willingness to learn
The successful candidate will be an experienced Joiner or Carpenter with excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work. In return, the company offers a competitive salary of £35,000 – £40,000 (DOE), a supportive working environment, and overtime opportunities.
 Key Duties & Responsibilities 
- Manufacture high-quality fire door frames and screens to specification.
 - Work to precise measurements and maintain excellent craftsmanship standards.
 - Collaborate closely with the production team to meet deadlines.
 - Ensure all work complies with safety and quality regulations.
 - Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workshop environment.
 
- Monday to Friday
 - 7:00 am – 4:00 pm
 - Overtime available
 
- Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 (DOE)

- 3–5 years’ experience in joinery production, ideally within door frame manufacturing.
 - City & Guilds/NVQ in joinery or carpentry.
