We are working with a leading Building Services company
seeking a Junior Administrator
to join their team, supporting contracts across Central London. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to develop their administrative career within a well-established and supportive organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support to the contracts and management teams
- Assist with scheduling, documentation, and data entry
- Liaise with engineers, clients, and suppliers to ensure smooth communication
- Maintain records and project documentation in line with company standards
- Support in preparing reports and tracking ongoing works
- Previous administration experience, ideally within construction, engineering, or facilities management
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office packages
- Proactive and keen to learn
- Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
