CBW Staffing Solutions are currently seeking two skilled Maintenance Electricians to join a leading national facilities management organisation within the healthcare sector. We are looking for candidates with a strong background in electrical maintenance within the facilities management industry. Your role will involve diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining electrical systems and equipment to ensure optimal functionality, compliance, and safety.
We have two positions available :
- Day Shift Position – Monday to Friday (40 hours per week)
- Shift Position – 4 on, 4 off rotating shift pattern consisting of 2 x 7:00am - 7:00pm day shifts, followed by 2 x 7:00pm - 7:00am night shifts, followed by 4 days off
Package:
- Day Shift Position : Competitive salary up to £35,000 per annum (depending on experience)
- Shift Position : Competitive salary up to £38,000 per annum (depending on experience), including a £3,000 shift allowance
- Participation in an 'out of hours' on call rota

- Conduct routine inspections of electrical systems to identify and resolve issues promptly
- Perform preventive maintenance tasks to minimise downtime and ensure the longevity of electrical equipment
- Troubleshoot electrical faults and implement effective solutions to restore functionality
- Install, repair, and maintain electrical components, such as wiring, circuit breakers, and lighting fixtures
- Collaborate with other maintenance personnel and contractors to coordinate repairs and upgrades
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to create a secure working environment
- Qualified to at least City & Guilds Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent
- Must hold an AM2 Qualification or ECS Gold Card
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Electrician or similar role within the facilities management industry
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and circuitry
- Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing electrical faults
- Familiarity with electrical codes and regulations
- Ability to read technical diagrams and blueprints
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
