Maintenance Plumber
– FM Service Provider - Liverpool Street - Immediate Start - Mondau to Friday
An exciting opportunity to join an established building services company based in Barbican. CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting for an Maintenance Plumber to be based in a commercial building near Liverpool Street. He or she will be required to carry out planned and reactive Mechanical / Plumbing maintenance alongside the maintenance team.

- Monday - Friday - 8am - 5pm

- Starting immediately
- Ongoing temporary contract
- City & Guilds / NVQ
- NVQ in Mechanical & Plumbing
- You must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates (Essential)
- A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
- An understanding of the following is essential: L8 Water treatment, Pumps, Air Handling units
- Multi-skilled
- Good communication skills
- Excellent customer skills
- Need to be able to travel back home after finishing at 00:00am
- Fire alarm testing and sprinkler testing
- AHUs/FCUs – filter changes, belt changes, actuator changes, coil cleans
- Pumps – PPMs or strip downs (replacing seals, bearings, valves, overhauls)
- Motors – PPMs (re-winds, overhauls)
- Water treatment – dipslides, pH & temperature testing, chlorination, chemical dosing
- Water pressurization units
- Chlorifiers – annual inspection, descaling
- Steam Plant
- Condensers, Condenser Returns
- Cooling towers
- Softeners
- Humidifiers
- Hydraulics
- Pneumatics
- Boilers – re-sets
- Chillers – re-sets, 1st Line faults
