Maintenance Plumber -
Commercial Building – Peckham, South East London

Exciting opportunity to work for an established FM Property company based in London. CBW are currently recruiting for a Maintenance Plumber to be based at a large commercial building in Peckham, South East London. The successful candidate will be a fully qualified plumber with a proven track record in commercial/property building maintenance. He or she will be required to carry out M&E/Fabric planned and reactive maintenance across this large static site. Working with the maintenance team on site. He or she will be required to have an understanding/hands-on experience of the below. Package & Hours of Work
- £40,000 per annum
- Monday to Friday – 08:00 am to 17:00 pm (40-hour week)
- Overtime available
- 25 days holiday + BH

Duties and responsibilities
- Repairing Toilets and Sinks
- Unblocking Toilets
- Water Hygiene maintenance and inspections
- Pipework inspections and repairs
- Minor installation works
- Maintenance of pumps, expansions vessels, PRVs and TMVs
- Flexible in helping other trades on site
- Planned and reactive works
- Water Treatment (Temperature checks / Not dosing)
- General building fabric
- Escort specialist subcontractors
Requirements
- Plumbing qualified level 2 minimum
- A proven track record in commercial or property maintenance
- Installation experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- Happy to cover a large site
- Honest, hard-working and reliable
