CBW is currently recruiting for a Maintenance Plumber to work for an established company situated in London. The successful candidate will be a qualified plumber with a proven track record in commercial/property building maintenance.
Hours/Details:
- 4 on 4 off
- 07:00am to 19:00pm
- 19:00pm to 07:00am
- Contract type - Temp to perm
- DBS needed
- Immediate start
Duties and responsibilities
- Repairing Toilets and Sinks
- Unblocking Toilets
- Water Hygiene maintenance and inspections
- Pipework inspections and repairs
- Minor installation works
- Carpentry work
- Minor fixing
- Maintenance of pumps, expansions vessels, PRVs and TMVs
- Flexible in helping other trades on site
- Planned and reactive works
- Water Treatment (Temperature checks / Not dosing)
- General building fabric
- Escort specialist subcontractors
Requirements
- Plumbing qualified level 3 minimum
- A proven track record in commercial or property maintenance
- Installation experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- Happy to cover a large site
- Honest, hard-working and reliable
