CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting for an Maintenance Plumber to be based in a commercial building near Great Portland Street. He or she will be required to carry out planned and reactive Mechanical / Plumbing maintenance alongside the maintenance team.

- 08:00am - 16:30pm (30 min unpaid lunch)
- £26p/h (CIS/Umbrella)
- Starting Monday 21st September
- 4 month contract
- City & Guilds / NVQ
- NVQ in Mechanical & Plumbing
- You must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates (Essential)
- A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
- Multi-skilled
- Good communication skills
- Excellent customer skills
- Fire alarm testing and sprinkler testing
- Plumbing duties - unblocking toilet, installing urinals & sinks
- AHUs/FCUs – filter changes, belt changes, actuator changes, coil cleans
- Pumps – PPMs or strip downs (replacing seals, bearings, valves, overhauls)
- Motors – PPMs (re-winds, overhauls)
- Chlorifiers – annual inspection, descaling
- Steam Plant
- Condensers, Condenser Returns
- Cooling towers
- Softeners
- Humidifiers
- Hydraulics
- Pneumatics
- Boilers – re-sets
- Chillers – re-sets, 1st Line faults
