A leading facilities management provider is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join a high-profile commercial site in Kings Cross, London. This modern, multi-tenant building features advanced infrastructure and requires a hands-on, technically strong individual to support both engineering delivery and team supervision. Hours of Work
Monday to Friday – 07:00am – 16:00pm
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works across mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Carry out daily plant checks to ensure the safe and efficient operation of all building services
- Monitor building management systems (BMS), alarms, and overall site performance
- Lead and allocate tasks to a small onsite team, ensuring high standards of service delivery
- Coordinate and oversee subcontractors, ensuring compliance with permit-to-work systems and health & safety regulations
- Undertake fault finding, minor repairs, and small installation works as required
- Maintain accurate site documentation, including service records, logbooks, and reports
- Attend client meetings and liaise with key stakeholders to ensure service excellence
- Ensure all works are carried out in line with statutory compliance and industry standards
- Qualified in either electrical or mechanical discipline (City & Guilds / NVQ or equivalent)
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within building services or facilities management
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Organised, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities
- Confident communicator with a professional approach to client interaction
- Flexible and willing to adapt working hours when required
