Hours of Work
Monday to Friday, 08:00am – 17:00pm
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate building maintenance engineers and specialist subcontractors
- Ensure all planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works are delivered to required standards
- Review, approve, and manage RAMS (Risk Assessments & Method Statements)
- Issue and control Permits to Work in line with site safety procedures
- Monitor and update CAFM systems, ensuring accurate maintenance records
- Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety legislation and company policies
- Produce reports, track KPIs/SLAs, and support contract performance reviews
- Liaise with clients, tenants, and internal teams to maintain high service levels
- Identify plant or system defects and coordinate remedial works
- Assist with quotations, scopes of work, and technical recommendations
- Support the Contract Manager with day-to-day contract delivery and continuous improvement
- Electrically or Mechanically qualified (City & Guilds Level 2/3 or equivalent)
- Previous supervisory or lead experience within FM/building services
- Strong understanding of RAMS, permits to work, and compliance processes
- Experience using CAFM systems and producing reports
- Good knowledge of commercial building services (HVAC, electrical, etc.)
- Commercial and or Residential experience
- Excellent customer service skills
