We are seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the delivery of all electrical maintenance across the site. You will lead a team of engineers, ensuring planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive works, statutory compliance, and electrical safety are delivered to the highest standards. Monday to Friday - 08:00am – 17:00pm
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Supervise and support a team of electrical maintenance engineers and specialist subcontractors.
- Ensure all planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive electrical works are completed safely, efficiently, and to contractual standards.
- Review and approve Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS) for electrical works.
- Issue and manage Permits to Work in accordance with site procedures and Health & Safety legislation.
- Carry out technical fault finding and provide support on complex electrical systems.
- Monitor and update CAFM systems, ensuring maintenance records are accurate and up to date.
- Ensure full compliance with current electrical regulations, Health & Safety legislation, and company policies.
- Produce maintenance reports, monitor KPIs and SLAs, and assist with contract performance reviews.
- Liaise with clients, tenants, and internal stakeholders to maintain exceptional service delivery.
- Identify electrical plant and system defects, coordinating remedial works where required.
- Assist with quotations, technical recommendations, and scopes of work for electrical projects.
- Support the Contract Manager with the day-to-day contract delivery and continuous service improvement.
- City & Guilds Level 3 Electrical Installation or equivalent.
- NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or Maintenance (desirable).
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
- Previous experience in a supervisory or lead electrical maintenance role within Facilities Management or Building Services.
- Strong understanding of electrical compliance, RAMS, permits to work, and safe systems of work.
- Experience using CAFM systems and producing maintenance reports.
- Strong fault-finding skills across commercial electrical systems.
- Experience working within commercial and/or high-end residential environments.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and customer service skills.
