CBW is currently recruiting for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join a leading FM service provider at a prestigious stand-alone commercial building near Tottenham Court Road. The successful candidate will be electrically qualified with a strong background in commercial building maintenance and previous experience supervising an engineering team. You will oversee the day-to-day delivery of planned and reactive maintenance, ensuring the building operates safely, efficiently and to a high standard, while maintaining excellent compliance and service delivery.

Monday to Friday, 08:00am – 17:00pm
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Take responsibility for the day-to-day maintenance and operation of a prestigious stand-alone commercial building
- Carry out and oversee all PPM and reactive maintenance, ensuring works are completed to a high standard
- Provide a strong electrical presence on site, fault finding and resolving electrical issues as required
- Manage and coordinate specialist subcontractors attending the building
- Review RAMS and ensure all works are carried out in accordance with site procedures
- Issue and manage Permits to Work and maintain safe systems of work
- Ensure CAFM systems, logbooks and maintenance records are kept accurate and up to date
- Maintain high standards of Health & Safety, statutory compliance and site documentation
- Monitor plant and building services, identifying faults and arranging remedial works where required
- Build and maintain a strong working relationship with the client and building occupants
- Assist with quotations, additional works and minor projects
- Monitor and manage specialist service providers to ensure works are completed correctly and on time
- Support the Contract Manager with reporting, KPIs, SLAs and overall contract performance
- Electrically qualified (City & Guilds Level 2/3 or equivalent)
- Previous supervisory or lead experience within FM/building services
- Strong understanding of RAMS, permits to work, and compliance processes
- Experience using CAFM systems and producing reports
- Good knowledge of commercial building services (HVAC, electrical, etc.)
