We’re looking for a fully qualified Mechanical & Electrical Maintenance Engineers to join our team, working across a prestigious estate on Regent Street. This is a foot mobile role, delivering both planned and reactive maintenance to keep building services running smoothly.
You will be working across a cluster of buildings within a large team with a large estate. You will be required to work across multiple buildings rather than being based in the same building each day
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) and reactive mechanical & electrical repairs
- Diagnose and resolve faults quickly and effectively
- Support general building maintenance where required
- Ensure compliance with health & safety standards
- Deliver a professional, customer-focused service at all times
- AHU's / FCU's
- BMS
- HVAC maintenance
- Emergency lighting & Fire Alarms
- Fully qualified Mechanical & Electrical (C&G / NVQ Level 3, 18th Edition)
- Proven experience in electrical/building services maintenance
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
- Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
- £47,000 annual salary
- Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm (no weekends)
- 25 days holiday + bank holidays
