CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting for a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join a leading building services company. You’ll be working across a prestigious portfolio of commercial buildings in Victoria, all within a 2-minute walk from the station — making your commute simple and stress-free!

💼 In return, my client is offering: ✔ A basic salary of up to £50,000
✔ Monday - Friday shifts:
• 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

🔑 Key Duties & Responsibilities: ✅ Mechanical PPM and reactive maintenance across building systems
✅ Pumps, motors, valves, pipework, and HVAC systems maintenance
✅ Water systems: flushing, temperature checks, and log management
✅ Fire damper checks and basic AHU/FCU servicing
✅ BMS monitoring (hot & cold)
✅ Plumbing tasks — unblocking toilets, replacing taps, etc.
✅ Maintain and update logbooks
✅ Control of sub-contractors and permit to work systems
✅ Attending client meetings and ensuring top-level customer service

⚙ Requirements: 🔹 Mechanically qualified – Level 3 or equivalent
🔹 Proven experience in commercial building maintenance
🔹 Multi-skilled with basic electrical awareness desirable
🔹 Good communication skills and client-facing approach
🔹 Must be able to provide copies of trade certificates
