CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer based in a commercial building in Green Park, London. He or she will be required to carry out planned and reactive building maintenance on the landlord areas of this commercial office building as the sole engineer on this site.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have a proven track record in Mechanical building maintenance. - Monitor mechanical plant
- Pumps, Motors, Seals, Bearings
- Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Units (Filter changes, cleaning)
- Water Treatment (Temperature checks / Not dosing)
- Plumbing - Unblocking toilets, replacing taps, washers etc
- Monitor the BMS systems.
- Weekly cooling tower testing
- Basic electrical duties (Lamp changes etc)
- General building fabric
- Escort specialist subcontractors
Requirements
- Mechanically qualified - City & Guilds Level 2 (Essential)
- Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
- A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
- Multi-skilled
- Good communication skills
- Client Facing
