CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting a multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer based in a high-profile building in Chilton, Didcot. He or she will be required to carry out planned and reactive maintenance across this static site.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have a proven track record in building maintenance. In return, the company is offering a competitive salary of up to £40,000, overtime, further training and a potential route into further career progression.

- Monitor mechanical plant
- Plumbing work (Unblocking toilets, replacing taps, washers etc)
- Pumps, Motors, Seals, Bearings
- Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning)
- Water Treatment (Temperature checks / Not dosing)
- Basic electrical duties (Lamp changes etc)
- General building fabric
- Escort specialist sub contractors
- Mechanically qualified - City & Guilds Level 2
- Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
- A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
