CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting for a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join an established building services company based in London. These roles are situated within a commercial office environment, where you will be responsible for carrying out both planned and reactive maintenance as part of an experienced maintenance team.

- Continental Shift - Days and Nights
- Hours: 07:00 – 19:00 / 19:00 - 07:00
- Temp to perm
- £25 per hour
- Up to £48k per annum
- Overtime available
- AHU's/FCU's – filter changes, belt changes, actuator changes, coil cleans
- Pumps – PPM's or strip downs (replacing seals, bearings, valves, overhauls)
- Motors – PPM's (re-winds, overhauls)
- Water treatment – dipslides, pH & temperature testing, chlorination, chemical dosing
- Water pressurization units
- Chlorifiers – annual inspection, de-scaling
- Steam Plant
- Condensers, Condenser Returns
- Cooling towers
- Softeners
- Humidifiers
- Hydraulics
- Pneumatics
- Boilers – re-sets
- Chillers – re-sets, 1st Line faults
- Plumbing (Unblocking toilets, changing taps etc)
- HIU's
- City & Guilds / NVQ Level 2 & 3 Mechanical qualification
- Ability to provide copies of relevant trade certificates
- Proven experience in commercial building maintenance
- Multi-skilled with a proactive, hands-on approach
- Strong communication skills and client-facing experience
