CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting for a Mobile Air Conditioning Maintenance Engineer to join a leading FM service provider, working across a portfolio of large and well-established commercial estates in South East London.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a dedicated and experienced AC engineering team covering three sites, where you’ll be responsible for delivering both planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across a wide range of air conditioning and associated building services equipment.
You’ll be joining a supportive and well-structured team environment, with a thorough handover and ongoing support provided across plant, systems, and site procedures. Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on a wide range of air conditioning systems, including VRV/VRF, split systems, AHUs and FCUs
- Diagnose faults and carry out repairs to ensure systems operate efficiently and reliably
- Complete routine inspections, filter changes, coil cleaning, testing, and servicing of AC systems
- Ensure all works are completed in line with F-Gas regulations and current industry standards
- Respond promptly and professionally to breakdowns and emergency call-outs, minimising downtime where possible
- Accurately complete maintenance reports, job sheets, and service documentation
- Work closely with the wider engineering and site teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Identify opportunities for system improvements and make recommendations for upgrades or remedial works where required
- Salary up to £50,000 per annum
- Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
- 25 days holiday + bank holidays

- Relevant NVQ / City & Guilds qualifications in Air Conditioning / Refrigeration / Building Services
- Proven experience working within the HVAC, FM, or Building Services sector
- Strong technical knowledge across a broad range of air conditioning systems
- Stable work history within a similar maintenance or service engineering role
- Ability to work independently and manage your own workload effectively
- Good communication and organisational skills, with a professional and client-focused approach
- Positive attitude, strong fault-finding ability, and a proactive approach to maintenance
