An exciting opportunity to join an established FM service provider based across South London & London has arisen! 

Exciting opportunity to work for an established FM service provider situated in the South London & Greater London area .  CBW is currently recruiting for a mobile Electrical Engineer to be based on a high-end manufacturing and research contract. The successful candidate will be a fully qualified Electrical Maintenance Engineer with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. He or she will be required to carry out M&E planned and reactive maintenance.

This position would be ideal for a Mobile Electrical Engineer currently in a similar position who is keen on progression. In return, the company is offering a competitive salary of up to £42,500 with a potential route into further career progression.

Key duties & Responsibilities
  • Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, etc)
  • PPM's & Reactive maintenance
  • Emergency lighting tests
  • Control Panels
  • Changing Ballast
  • BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & cold)
  • Maintain and update Log books
  • Plumbing - Unblocking toilets
  • Pumps, motors
  • Managing priorities within contract constraints. 
  • Working within a multi-disciplinary team to achieve set goals. 
  • Participation in standby rota for emergency calls outside normal working hours.
  • Providing information for the pricing of M&E works where applicable, for minor projects and maintenance.

  • Salary of £42,500

Requirements
  • Electrically qualified - City & Guilds Level 2 & 3 (Required)
  • 18th Edition (Required)
  • Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
  • A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
  • Multi-skilled
  • Good communication skills
