Exciting opportunity to join an established FM service provider operating across London and the Home Counties. CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting for a Mobile Electrical Maintenance Engineer to cover a mixed portfolio of predominantly commercial sites, along with some high-end residential properties.
The successful candidate will be electrically qualified (City & Guilds Level 2 & 3 with 18th Edition) and have a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. This is a mobile role, requiring travel between sites to carry out both planned preventative and reactive maintenance across electrical, mechanical, and general building services. Candidates based in or around the West side of London would be highly desirable due to the location of the portfolio.

Hours of Work:
- Monday to Friday
- 08:00 am – 17:00 pm
- 1 in 14 Call-out
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across multiple sites
- Electrical maintenance, including lighting installations, fault-finding, lamping, ballast changes, and control panels
- Emergency lighting testing and maintenance
- Monitor and operate BMS systems (hot & cold checks)
- Maintain and update logbooks and compliance records
- Carry out basic plumbing works, including unblocking toilets
- Support maintenance of pumps and motors
- Assist with general building services and fabric maintenance
- Ensure all work is completed in line with health & safety regulations
- Provide a professional, client-facing service at all times

Requirements:
- Electrically qualified – City & Guilds Level 2 & 3 (Essential)
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (Essential)
- Proven track record in commercial building maintenance
- Multi-skilled with good knowledge of mechanical and fabric systems
- Strong communication and client-facing skills
- Must be able to provide copies of trade certificates
