Hours of work& Package
- Basic Salary of £38,000
- Monday to Friday - 08:00am to 17:00pm - 40 hour week
- Paid travel time up to £6,000 per annum
- Call out 1 in 5 Weeks

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure that the Contractual efficiently meets all the relevant KPI & SLA requirements.
- Carry out Electrical PPM's and reactive maintenance
- Lighting – lamp changes, ballast changes, simmtronic/Phillips lighting
- Emergency light testing
- Power distribution
- Electrical fault-finding
- Small works – new sockets, new lights, new circuits
- Control Panel maintenance
- Transformers
- Star Delta Starters
- General Building Maintenance
- Helpdesk Requests and to assess the requirements of the job and carry out repairs as and where necessary.
- City & Guilds Level 2 & 3 Electrical or Equivalent
- 18th Edition
- A good knowledge of electrical services
- Be able to obtain a PTS (Personal Track Safety) sentinel card
- Sound level of administration and organisational skills
- General Building Maintenance
- Multi-Skilled
- Work overtime when required
