CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting for 2 x Mobile Electrical Maintenance Engineers to join a leading Facilities Management service provider, covering a portfolio of infrastructure sites across Kent, including Dartford, Gravesend, Maidstone, Rochester, Sidcup, and Swanley.
This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified Electrical Maintenance Engineer looking to join an established business offering long-term stability, ongoing training, and genuine career progression. The successful candidate will carry out planned preventative and reactive maintenance across a diverse portfolio of sites, ensuring all electrical systems remain safe, compliant, and fully operational while delivering a high standard of customer service.

Hours of Work
- Monday to Friday
- 08:00 – 17:00 (40-hour week)
- 1 in 6 Call-Out Rota
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive electrical maintenance across a portfolio of infrastructure sites.
- Diagnose and repair faults on lighting, power distribution, and electrical building services systems.
- Complete lighting maintenance, including lamp replacements, ballast changes, and lighting control systems.
- Carry out emergency lighting testing and associated remedial works.
- Install new sockets, lighting circuits, containment, and complete minor electrical installation works.
- Maintain electrical control panels, transformers, and star-delta starters.
- Respond promptly to reactive maintenance requests and complete repairs efficiently.
- Carry out basic general building maintenance where required.
- Ensure all work complies with current Health & Safety legislation and company procedures.
- Complete service reports and maintain accurate maintenance records.
- Liaise professionally with clients, site representatives, and subcontractors to ensure a high level of service delivery.

- City & Guilds / NVQ Level 2 & 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent)
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
- Proven experience within commercial building maintenance or facilities management
- Strong electrical fault-finding and diagnostic skills
- Good knowledge of electrical building services
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Willingness to participate in the call-out rota and work overtime when required
- Must be able to provide copies of all relevant trade certificates
