Exciting opportunity to join a leading FM service provider, working across multiple commercial sites throughout London and the M25, with occasional travel outside the area.
The successful candidate will be an experienced Plumber with a strong background in commercial building maintenance, carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs.
In return, the company offers a salary of £40,000-£45,000, a Van & Fuel Card, overtime and genuine career progression.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance and reactive plumbing repairs.
- Diagnose and repair leaks, blockages and general plumbing faults.
- Maintain and replace taps, toilets, valves, pipework and sanitary fittings.
- Maintain hot and cold water systems.
- Service and maintain pumps, water heaters and associated equipment.
- Carry out minor plumbing installations and replacements.
- Identify defects and report any remedial works required.
- Complete maintenance records and electronic job reports.
- Work in line with health and safety regulations.

08:00 am to 17:00 pm
