CBW have a new opportunity for an experienced Multi Skillled Egineer to join a leading facilities company. This role will be to cover all the Gas and Electrical PPMs and Reactive works across multiple sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsibility for commercial combustion, heating and HVAC bias PPM, proactive and reactive works issued..
- Responsibility for other types of building services maintenance to include fabric, HVAC, plumbing, mechanical and related tasks.
- To provide callout response for the client as detailed on the callout rota.
- Maintain the cleanliness of plant rooms, workshops, and storage areas.
- To undertake new installations, major and minor repair works to clients gas/heating systems.
- Diagnose and repair faults on systems and plant including basic electrical fault finding.
- Ensure that all gas/heating equipment within scope operates to specified performance criteria.
- COCN1 & 18th Edition essential (2391 testing & inspection desirable)
- Must have experience working within a Facilities Management (FM) environment
- Proven experience carrying out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPMs)
- Experience completing reactive maintenance works efficiently and safely
- Salary up to £52,000
- Mon to Fri - 8am - 5pm
