CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting for a Multi-Skilled Handyman to be based in a prestigious Commercial Campus based in London. This Campus has amazing facilities such as - on-site restaurants for when you are hungry, great cafes to grab a hot drink and much more. They have bike racks on-site for when you want to cycle into work. This site is a short walk from Great Portland street station and 5 minutes away Warren Station.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in Building Maintenance.

Key duties & responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on buildings, including carpentry, plumbing, and minor electrical work
- Carry out minor installations, such as lighting and socket outlets, under the guidance of a qualified electrician
- Troubleshoot and resolve minor electrical issues, such as replacing fuses and bulbs
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and report any maintenance or repair needs
- Collaborate with other technicians and engineers to complete tasks and projects
- Maintain accurate records of work completed, including time sheets and job reports
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to client requests and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
- 2+ years of experience as a handyman or in a related trade (e.g., carpentry, plumbing, electrical)
- Minor electrical skills, including knowledge of electrical safety and basic electrical principles
- Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
- Physical stamina to lift, carry, and manoeuvre heavy equipment and materials
- Strong problem-solving and analytic skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (if required)
- High school diploma or equivalent required; trade certification or apprenticeship an asset
