based in Yeovil, who are looking to appoint a Project Administrator
to join their growing team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong organisational skills and experience within the construction or M&E sector, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys supporting projects from start to finish.
The Role:
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the project team
- Assist with project documentation, scheduling, and reporting
- Liaise with contractors, clients, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery
- Maintain accurate records and manage project-related correspondence
- Support the coordination of multiple projects simultaneously
- Previous experience as a Project Administrator (or similar role) within construction/M&E
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Confident communicator with the ability to liaise at all levels
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with project systems/software
- Competitive salary of £30,000 – £35,000 per annum
