Exciting opportunity to work for an established FM service provider based in London. CBW are currently recruiting for a Pump Specialist Engineer to work across seven high-end residential buildings, the majoity of which are in the Canary Wharf area with one being in South West London. The successful candidate will have a strong proven track record in servicing, repairing, and fault-finding on pumps, degassers, BCWS sets and pressurisation units. In return the company is offering a competitive salary of up to £54,000, overtime and further technical training.
Package & Working Hours
- £48,000 – £54,000 (depending on experience)
- £160 per month travel allowance
- Overtime available
- Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00

- Degassers:
IMI, Flamco, Grundfos, Wilo
- LTHW & CHW pumps:
Grundfos, Wilo, Lowara
- BCWS pump sets:
Grundfos, Wilo, Lowara
- Pressurisation units:
IMI, Flamco, Grundfos, Wilo
- Carrying out pump repairs, replacements and system remediation.
- Diagnosing complex issues across pump and pressurisation plant.
- Supporting closed-loop and domestic water systems when necessary.
- Completing service and maintenance reports.
- General mechanical plant support across sites.
- Strong experience with pumps, pressurisation units, degassers, and BCWS sets.
- Mechanical/plant background with solid fault-finding skills.
- Experience working across LTHW/CHW systems.
- Ability to carry out plant repairs and replacements.
- Full UK driving licence (foot mobile but may require occasional vehicle use).
- Excellent knowledge of manufacturers such as Grundfos, Wilo, Lowara, IMI and Flamco.
