School Cleaner – Elgin - £12.60 P/H
This role requires an up-to-date PVG certificate as you will be working within a school setting.
There are multiple sets of hours available:
- Monday - Friday 5am to 8am
- Monday - Thursday 1pm to 7pm and on a Friday 10.30am to 5pm
- Monday to Thursday – 3.30pm to 7.30pm & Friday 1pm to 5pm
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking School Cleaner to join our team, ensuring a clean, safe, and hygienic environment for students and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cleaning classrooms, corridors, staff rooms, and other communal areas
- Emptying bins and disposing of waste correctly
- Cleaning and sanitising toilets and washroom facilities
- Ensuring all cleaning duties are completed to a high standard
- Following health and safety guidelines, including COSHH regulations
- Reporting any maintenance or cleaning supply needs to the supervisor
- Valid PVG certificate
- Previous cleaning experience
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude
- Reliable and punctual
- £12.60 Per Hour PAYE
- Transfer to permanent employment after 12 weeks
