The Role
As a Shift Engineer, you'll be an integral part of a professional, close-knit maintenance team responsible for keeping this flagship site running at peak performance. Working across both electrical and mechanical systems, no two shifts will be the same — you'll need sharp technical skills, a proactive mindset, and the confidence to act decisively when it matters.

4 on / 4 off | Days only | 07:00 – 19:00 (An excellent work-life balance with long breaks built in)
What You'll Be Doing
- Carrying out planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs across the site
- Monitoring and maintaining HVAC systems, power distribution, lighting, and pumps
- Conducting fault-finding, testing, and inspections on critical building systems
- Supporting the operation of the Building Management System (BMS)
- Maintaining detailed maintenance records and upholding the highest H&S compliance standards
- Responding swiftly to breakdowns to minimise disruption and protect the site's operation
- £50,000 competitive salary

- Qualified in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (City & Guilds, NVQ Level 3, or equivalent)
- Proven experience in building services, facilities management, or a critical environment
