CBW is recruiting on behalf of an established building services provider for a role based within a prestigious, high-profile commercial tower in the City of London. You'll be joining a skilled maintenance team delivering planned and reactive maintenance across an impressive blue-chip site, working with cutting-edge building systems in a landmark environment.
The successful candidate will bring a strong understanding of facilities maintenance and a proven track record in electrical or mechanical building services. In return, you'll receive a salary of up to £56,000, plentiful overtime, ongoing training, and genuine scope for career progression within a company that invests in its people.
Hours of Work
- Continental shift pattern – days and nights, a mix of 4s and 6s
- 7am–7pm / 7pm–7am
- Excellent overtime availability
- Lighting – small installation, fault-finding, lamping
- Emergency lighting testing
- Control panels
- Ballast replacement
- BMS monitoring (hot & cold systems)
- Maintaining and updating log books
- Basic plumbing (unblocking toilets)
- UPS / Generators
- Pumps and motors
- Electrically qualified – City & Guilds Level 2 & 3
- 17th/18th Edition
- Ability to provide copies of trade certificates
- Proven track record in commercial building maintenance
- Multi-skilled with strong fault-finding ability
- Good communication skills and a client-facing manner
