You will be working across a brand-new, high-end corporate commercial office and luxury residential development on behalf of a prestigious property management company. The role involves carrying out PPMs and reactive maintenance, statutory compliance, and general building maintenance tasks in a high-profile environment.
My client is currently seeking:
- 1 x Electrical Shift Maintenance Engineer
- 1 x Mechanical Shift Maintenance Engineer

Continental Shift Pattern – Days & Nights 07:00–19:00 / 19:00–07:00
Requirements
- Apprentice trained
- Electrical or Mechanical – City & Guilds Level 2 & 3 (or equivalent)
- 17th/18th Edition Wiring Regulations
- Valid CSCS Card
- Strong client-facing communication skills
- Proven commercial building maintenance experience
- Basic salary of up to £53,000
