Water Treatment Technician / Engineer
Mobile within Zone 1 / Central London |
Full-Time | Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00 (37.5 hours/week)
Up to £40,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Are you an experienced Water Treatment Technician or Engineer looking for your next challenge in Central London? We're looking for a reliable and self-motivated individual to join our growing team, reporting directly to our Water Treatment Consultant and taking ownership of water treatment tasks across multiple high-profile sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Closed circuit sampling and analysis (mini-lab / photometer)
- Domestic water sampling
- Cold water storage tank (CWST) inspections and sampling
- Transporting samples to Moorgate lab drop-off points
- Softener testing and basic inspections
- Chlorine dioxide testing
- Chemical dosing (closed circuits)
- Sidestream filter inspections and replacements
- Logbook audits and inspections
- Completion of job sheets and service records
- Thermostatic mixing valve (TMV) testing and servicing
- Data entry of lab results into Excel trending sheets
- Cooling tower dosing equipment servicing and minor repairs
The role is mobile within Central London, based out of our Head Office, with daily travel to client sites.
What We’re Looking For:
- Solid experience in water treatment or a similar field
- Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality service
- Basic plumbing knowledge is an advantage
- A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn and grow
