An exciting opportunity to work for an established FM Service provider situated in Westminster has arisen! CBW are currently recruiting for a Mechanical / Water Treatment Engineer to look after a large Government site in Westminster. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in Mechanical Engineering & Water Treatment ideally currently working in a similar position. This is a great opportunity for a candidate looking to join a large organisation so they can expand their knowledge and qualifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform planned preventative and reactive maintenance on mechanical systems including domestic and closed water systems, plumbing, air conditioning, and pressure systems
- Provide first-line response to reactive call-outs, ensuring all work is completed safely and in compliance with approved codes of practice
- Assist with building fabric and electrical systems maintenance as required
- Collaborate with engineering supervisor and specialist subcontractors to deliver high-quality service
- Salary of up to £50,800

- 7am to 7pm
- L8 qualified with City and Guilds or equivalent NVQ in plumbing and mechanical engineering
- Practical with good common sense and ability to work well with diverse teams
- Full clean driving licence plus current or ability to gain CTC clearance
- Able to act on own initiative and deliver work to high standards safely
