Olivia has over 6 years experience working within the recruitment and construction sector. She initially started as a Branch Secretary for a global recruitment company based in London before quickly progressing to an FM Client & Temp co-ordinator, where she was heavily involved in client/candidate interaction, credit control and debt recovery. Olivia's bubbly personality, customer service and client feedback resulted in her taking on the role of Recruitment Consultant within the Facilities & Maintenance team, where she was responsible for placing temporary "blue collar" maintenance operatives to some of the leading FM Service providers, SME and Property Management companies in the UK. Olivia joined the CBW team in 2020 as our Executive Assistant & Credit Control Manager and will be on hand to assist with any invoice, administration or PO related queries.
